Refund policy

At Visions from Heaven Candle Co LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our candles and want you to love your purchase.

Damaged or Broken Items

    •    If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    •    We require photo proof of the damaged item(s) and packaging before a replacement can be issued.

    •    Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

    •    Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

    •    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Used candles or items not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

    •    Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
