Shipping Policy


Processing Time

    •    All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

    •    During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    •    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    •    Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Damaged or Lost Packages

    •    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement. Damages such as broken jar, broken/missing tops, buried wick.

    •    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


International Shipping

    •    Not shipping internationally. 

Incorrect Address Policy

    •    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
